Jodie Mahoney

Jodie has been working in dentistry since 2004, firstly qualifying as a dental nurse and then later attending Sheffield university to study Dental Hygiene and Therapy, graduating in the summer of 2009. After gaining experience in both private and NHS primary care, Jodie went on to further her career in teaching and mentoring. She gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from the University of Dundee in 2017 and has been leading the Midlands and East Dental Therapy Foundation Training Programme for the past 6 years. She provides CPD courses to Dental Professionals in and around the Midlands region. Jodie started teaching undergraduate Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the University of Birmingham in 2015.
