Jane Jones

Jane Jones is an experienced healthcare professional with a specialist interest in patient safety and healthcare improvement. Jane started her career as a nurse in critical care and following her PhD held a number of clinical and academic roles, later as a hospital Associate Director of Nursing and more recently in a national role in patient safety and quality Improvement at the Health Foundation.

For the past 5 years Jane has worked as a freelance improvement consultant and external reviewer for various organisations, served as a hospice board trustee and holds a number of roles with healthcare regulators.
