Jane Everitt

Jane is a solicitor by profession (non-practising). She is a member of the Law Society. She currently chairs Fitness to Practise (FtP) regulatory hearings for the GDC and the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service and sits on three First Tier Tribunals: Mental Health, Care Standards and Primary Health Lists as a specialist lay member. Formerly Jane was an FtP Chair at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (until 2017), an independent member of the parole board, a lay panel member at the General Social Care Council and a non-executive Director of Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
