Helen Goulding

Helen Goulding is the Director of Quercus Training, a small company which provides training and coaching in professional skills and career development. She is also currently a lay chair and panellist for the Judicial Appointments Commission. Helen has held senior management positions in several regulators, including the Audit Commission and Ofgem, and in Government. Helen is a scientist by background, with a degree and PhD in earth sciences.
