Hall Graham
Hall Graham qualified from the Belfast Dental School in 1982. He spent six years working in hospital dentistry in the Belfast Dental School and then 14 years in dental practice, as both an associate and principal. Since 1988 he has been a part time teacher in the Belfast Dental School in the restorative department and for a number of years was a local advisor for Dental Protection. He is now the Primary Care Advisor at the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA), the health service regulator in Northern Ireland, with one of his responsibilities being to provide professional dental input into the regulation of private dentistry in Northern Ireland.
