Diane Meikle

Diane is a Corporate Finance professional. Diane’s career provided her with a broad range of experience spanning high value corporate relationship banking, providing leveraged debt solutions, distressed asset management and assisting high growth companies meet their strategic aims. Diane spent the last four years of her banking career as Credit Sanctioner for Lloyds Bank’s Large Corporate business in Scotland. In addition to being a qualified banker, Diane is a qualified business mentor having mentored early stage companies in association with Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce. Diane is Vice Chair of a registered charity supporting the prevention of homelessness and promoting inclusion. In addition to the GDC, Diane is also a lay FtP panel member with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Currently studying to become a Chartered Governance Professional she has a strong focus on corporate governance, professional regulation and assisting companies achieve their goals.
