Clive Powell

Clive Powell JP QDR was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 1986 and has been engaged in professional regulation since 2010.  Prior to 2001, he was a Civil Servant specialising in assisting disabled people gain and retain employment.  From 2002 until 2017 he chaired NHS care funding appeals. He has written a number of funded initiatives focusing on offender rehabilitation, job opportunities for disabled people, and was instrumental in setting up a training centre for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
