Caitriona Gerber (Walsh)

Caitriona Walsh qualified as a dentist from University College Cork, Ireland, in 1994. She has worked in mixed NHS and private general practice in Kent and Surrey before settling in Oxfordshire where she is now a co-director of two dental practices.

She worked as an Educational Supervisor for newly qualified dental graduates or Foundation Dentists with Oxford and Wessex Deanery from 2003 until 2016 and currently works as a Deanery Appraiser for general dental practitioners and Deanery Coach Mentor for dentists in difficulty. She also works as a Training Programme Director for non-UK graduate dentists and as a Clinical Advisor for Roderick’s Dental Ltd.

Caitriona has complemented her dental career development by undertaking of the following postgraduate qualifications: Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners - MFGDP(UK) in 2003; Certificate in Medical and Dental Education in 2013 and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring in 2019.
