Bill Nelson

Bill Nelson was a policemen who served most of his career in the Metropolitan Police Service and then transferred to Hampshire, from where he retired as Deputy Chief Constable in 2000. Since then he has worked in a variety of roles in professional regulation and the Tribunals Service.
