Kerry McAvitt
Kerry McKevitt has had an extensive career in Human Resources and Organisational Development initially in the public sector where she gained extensive expertise in the mechanics and delivery of employee relations and organisational transformation. For the past 10 years she has developed a successful portfolio career consulting extensively across the public and private sector. Her work includes executive development, facilitation, organisational change and the investigation and resolution of complex and contentious employee relations issues. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a masters level qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is an accredited Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediator. Since 2022 she has chaired Fitness to Practice Hearings for Social Work England.
