Gaon Hart

Gaon is currently a Non-Executive Director for the NHS Counter-Fraud Authority and Managing Director of LAW: Legal Advisory Worldwide; a boutique legal consultancy, providing specialist corporate compliance advice & training around economic crime prevention. Formerly a Senior Crown Advocate (UK CPS higher court prosecutor), he focussed on investigating and prosecuting the UK’s highest-profile complex economic crime, fraud, bribery & corruption, money laundering, cyber-crime and data breaches. More recently, as Head of Global Anti-Bribery & Corruption Advisory, Policy & Training for HSBC Bank & Head of UK & Ireland Public Policy for Amazon, Gaon brought his technical expertise into the corporate arena, designing and implementing global corporate compliance frameworks, including advising on corporate investigations. Gaon is also an Independent Assessor for promotion campaigns for the College of Policing, covering senior officers (Chief Constable and below), an Independent Assessor for the Government’s Fraud Analyst Apprenticeship scheme and is a Legal Assessor for the Nursing & Midwifery Council’s Fitness to Practise directorate.
