Jonathan Farmer

Jonathan Farmer graduated from King’s College London in 1988. He completed vocational training and in Leicester and stayed in the same practice for 9 years. He moved to Lincolnshire in 1998 and has worked there since. He was a partner in a practice from 1999 until 2003 and has worked in the salaried service too.

Jonathan became a Vocational Trainer in 2001 and in 2010 was appointed as Training Programme Director for Dental Foundation Training. He is also a clinical advisor for NHSE.

Jonathan is passionate about education and self development and has postgraduate diplomas in dental studies and endodontology as well as Masters in Clinical Education and Law and Medical Practice. He is a Fellow of the College of General Dentistry and is a member of the Council of the College of General Dentistry.

Jonathan has volunteered for Bridge 2 Aid and been twice to Tanzania with them
