Sukhninder (Suki) Sandhar

Suki Sandhar qualified as a dentist from the University of Birmingham in 1996. She gained Membership of the Faculty of General Practitioners London in 1999 and a Healthcare and Ethics LLM postgraduate certificate from the University of Manchester in 2016.

She holds memberships with the British Dental Association and the British Society for Disability and Oral Health. She also fulfils the role of treasurer and is an active committee member for the BDA Community Dental Services West Midlands Division.

Suki has held positions earlier in her career as a private practice principal and associate in general dental practice. As a registered mentor for Health Education England, she provides and assists with mentoring services to dental practitioners. Her work currently involves assessing the needs of adult patients for the Special Care Dental Service within the University Hospitals Birmingham Foundation Trust.
